Once a year it’s crucial to service your boiler so any underlying faults can be found and addressed. Here at On The Blink, we have made boiler servicing an incredibly easy and stress-free process. With our super simple booking system, you can choose a time and date that suits you and make a one-off payment of £60 online. A boiler service will ensure your boiler is safe to use and will maintain your manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
After you have chosen a date and time and made an online payment a member of the boiler service team will then be in contact to confirm the payment and booking. Our gas safe registered engineer will then visit your home at your chosen date and time to service your boiler. They’ll inspect your boiler and explain their findings, along with any necessary next steps. Your boiler controls will be tested, along with the pressure settings, safety devices, flues and surrounding pipework.
Warning signs that your boiler could need a service
Here is a list of warnings signs your boiler need’s a service. Inefficiencies with your boiler can be identified through various faults which can include:
Boiler refills or overheats often
Pressure falls below the recommended setting of 1-1.5 bar
Pilot light keeps
A yellow flame, rather than blue

Hot water is not as hot as it should be or the flow is low

What happens if my boiler has a fault?
If we discover that your boiler has a fault and is not working efficiently we will do our best to fix it. In some cases, it’s beneficial to replace the boiler with a brand new one. Our one-off payment of £60 is for the initial boiler service and does not cover the cost of parts and installation.
