How does On The Blink work?

It’s simple. You book a home visit online or call us on 029 2125 2315

Step 1. Book
Use our smart quoting system to get an estimated price on your new combi boiler.

Step 2. Visit
Our engineer will carry out a free no obligation survey of your property at a time of your convenience.

Step 3. Install
Your boiler will be installed by one of our expert gas safe registered engineers at a time that suits you.

Feel free to call us if you would like to find out more.

How long does a home survey last?

A home visit can last between 30 – 50 minutes. Our engineer will talk you through your quote or try and get you a better deal there and then. Can last longer if you have additional questions.

When will my boiler be installed?

During the home visit, our engineer will survey your property and discuss the best boiler deals for you. Once you’re happy we will then book you on our system and an automated email will be generated to confirm. Rest assured we will call you a day before just to double check.

How much will it cost?

As all properties come in different shapes and sizes it hard to give a fixed price. Once our engineer has surveyed your property and taken everything into consideration they will then discuss with you your options during the home visit. Rest assured we will do our best to keep cost to a minimum, once a final price is agreed a digital invoice will be generated and sent to you. If you would like to discuss monthly payment options please ask our engineer for more info. Our Worcester boiler range starts from £1599 with an installation.

Do you outsource the work?

The answer is NO! All our engineers work for On The Blink. We take pride in the work we deliver. This is why we invest a lot of time in our engineers, making sure they are up to date with regulations, have great customer service skills and overall leave your property how they found it.

Will On The Blink take away my old boiler?

The answer is Yes! We will always take away your old boiler unless you tell us not to. If you don’t want us to remove your old boiler, let us know before your installation date.
